Therefore, we make every possible effort and seek a clear indication of your affirmative or negative preference regarding our use of cookies. We understand that we do not have the right to process your personal data unless we have obtained your explicit consent.

We want you to know both what we mean by the term “cookies” and which cookies we necessarily use and which cookies you may choose to allow us to use or prohibit us from using.

Cookies are small text files stored on your electronic device when you access our website from that device. We use them either to be able to operate or to operate better and more efficiently by offering you uninterrupted use/browsing of our website and/or the most personalized experience possible. Cookies can provide these services because they can record and read files so as to remember information about you and recognize you, making your experience with us practical and helpful.

We use the following categories of cookies, for which you are required to state/define your consent or refusal through our user-friendly and lawfully/properly placed (and thus more easily detectable by you) pop-up window regarding cookies and your related choices.

The cookies we use and/or may use mainly fall within the following categories:

1. Strictly Necessary Cookies: In accordance with EU legislation, we use strictly necessary cookies which are legally required for the transmission of communications and/or are absolutely necessary for the provision of our online services (information society services).

2. Analytics and Statistics Cookies: These cookies may be installed by us (first-party cookies) or by third parties (e.g., advertising networks) (third-party cookies) and relate to the option you may provide us to collect information about traffic/behavior and to detect preferences during the time you browse our website.

3. Marketing and Retargeting Advertising Cookies: These cookies originate solely and/or primarily from third-party partners in marketing and advertising (e.g., Google Ads). DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We have made and will continue to make every possible effort to ensure that no issue requiring resolution arises with any customer, visitor, and/or user of our website and services. According to our full understanding, we operate in full compliance with all relevant provisions exclusively under the law of the State of Wyoming, United States of America and/or Greek law, excluding the rules of private international law that would lead to the application of other law.

This choice of applicable law is made following the free and conscious agreement of the parties and is considered fair and reasonable, given that the company has its corporate and tax seat in Wyoming and its manager is a Greek citizen, while it provides services exclusively online on an international level.

It is expressly agreed that the above choice of applicable law does not prejudice any mandatory rights that the Customer may have under the law of their habitual residence, provided they act as a consumer within the meaning of applicable legislation.

If any issue arises requiring resolution, please contact us as a first step towards an amicable/extrajudicial settlement. If the issue persists:

1. If the Customer acts in a professional or business capacity (B2B):

The parties expressly agree that the courts of the State of Wyoming, USA, shall have exclusive jurisdiction for resolving any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, and the parties voluntarily and irrevocably submit thereto, waiving any objection of lack of jurisdiction or improper venue.

2. If the Customer acts as a consumer (B2C):

The Customer retains the right, at their option, to bring proceedings either before the competent courts of their place of residence or before the courts of Wyoming, USA, in accordance with the applicable consumer protection law.

3. Subsequent agreement on a different dispute resolution method:

Any later explicit and written or electronically documented agreement between the parties regarding the procedure or venue for resolving a specific dispute shall prevail over this clause, provided that their clear and mutual consent is established. Such agreement may include, indicatively, the choice of another jurisdiction, arbitration, or mediation in a mutually agreed location.
